During a one-on-one Coaching Session, Frank will take an in-depth analysis of your methods in any topic you choose. He will provide relevant and tangible insight into updated methods that will improve your practice and lead you into a more productive, more successful practice.
In addition, there are four important topics Frank has been asked to address again and again to help Financial Managers improve their business practice. The topics below are now offered as part of Frank’s Coaching Program.
There are 2 unique things about my coaching process.
1. Tactical Coaching is completely customized and designed to help you succeed YOUR WAY…NOT MINE! There is no “Maselli Coaching Model.” I’ve been in this business long enough to know that there are a hundred ways to succeed. There is no single path to success. My job is to help you find YOUR path…your joy and your best approach.
2. There is no long-term contract. I charge $300 per hour (or $1200 for a 5-session block). You pay as you go and you can quit any time. There are two reasons for this. First, I have no incentive to keep you “on the couch” for a year or more. Second, I don’t do “accountability coaching.” The advisors I work with are already motivated to work hard. They don’t need me to push them or take their core body temperature every week. I want results and so do you! Of course, you can stay as long as you like…but if we can’t make some progress in a few sessions…then I’m probably not the coach for you.
We all know that workshops are a great way to grow your business and reach out to new people. But are your events as effective as they can be? Are you consistently setting and keeping appointments with at least 50% of the room? Are you generating new relationships and new business, or are you spending a ton of money and not getting the results you had hoped for?
A seminar evaluation can help tremendously. Video your workshop and send it to me. I will do a complete analysis of your program and critique the living daylights out of you! Actually…I will only be as tough as you want me to be…but most advisors have pretty thick skin and want complete honesty. It takes a little time because I review these videos a few times and make detailed notes. But this is the best coaching process you could ask for short of having me sit in the back of the room at your meeting. And for a lot less than the cost of an event, I could potentially double or triple your business results. It’s an investment that will pay tremendous rewards!
We all understand the benefits of having a coach. But I believe the model many coaches in our industry use today is flawed and often skewed toward the benefit and profit of the coaches, not you!
It’s time for something different and better!
That means you don’t get a cookie cutter service that’s the same for everyone. You get someone who will listen to your needs and help you build a process that works for you. My coaching process is completely built around the specific needs of each advisor or team. There is no “Maselli Method” of doing things to which you must adhere. After thirty-five years in this business, I’ve learned that there are hundreds of different ways to succeed. I will help you find YOUR way, your path and your deepest, most permanent strengths. I feel that my extensive industry experience and depth of understanding about this profession qualifies me to do this effectively.
If I can’t help you within five coaching sessions, then either I am the wrong coach for you, or you’re the wrong student for me. No harm, no foul! You get a full refund and we part friends. I can probably refer you to another coach that might be more suited to your style and needs. But the bottom line is there’s no risk to you.
If you feel that you still need me, you’re more than welcome to sign up for more sessions! But, our goal is to progress quickly. At the core, this business is pretty simple. When you focus on action and results instead of hand-holding and baby-sitting, you can get a lot done. If you want an “accountability coach” there are plenty of other folks who will push you, hold your feet to the fire and charge you $20K a year.
FYI: 5 coaching sessions cost $1,200. The calls can be weekly, monthly or whenever you need me. You pay up front and if at any time in the five sessions you don’t feel like it’s helping, you get a full refund. I’ve never heard of another other coach who does that.
My goal is to help you grow your business with new assets and new clients. My expertise is all forms of client acquisition including marketing, branding, prospecting and communication. I have developed several industry-renowned tools and programs in these areas. I don’t recommend products or tell you how to manage money. I help with team building, partnering and other areas, but the essence of what we will do together is build new relationships and raise new money!
We are all about DOING things. This isn’t going to be psycho-analysis or a complex, burdensome process. Sometimes we can get moving on a program after only one or two calls. Early victories build confidence that inspires everyone. Plus, it’s exciting to see positive results. Over time we can refine or expand things, but we’re going to hit the ground running.
