Most top advisors have a coach. That’s nothing new. But the standard coaching model is very expensive, and designed to keep you “in therapy” for a long time. Do you really need that kind of help? The advisors I coach don’t need someone to hold their hand, take their core body temperature, motivate them or hold them accountable. They are already motivated to succeed and are disciplined. They don’t need a total behavior change. What they want are ideas and proven strategies that will help them grow their business…like now! So if you need a full practice makeover or serious psycho-therapy, I’m not your guy. But if you are already functional and successful, but would like some help in a few targeted areas of your business…then lets talk. No contracts, no obligations, just customized help from someone who knows the business pretty well. The first call is totally free and then we go hourly as needed after that.
That means you don’t get a cookie cutter service that’s the same for everyone. You get someone who will listen to your needs and help you build a process that works for you. My coaching process is completely built around the specific needs of each advisor or team. There is no “Maselli Method” of doing things to which you must adhere. After thirty-five years in this business, I’ve learned that there are hundreds of different ways to succeed. I will help you find YOUR way, your path and your deepest, most permanent strengths. I feel that my extensive industry experience and depth of understanding about this profession qualifies me to do this effectively.
You only pay for what you need. I charge $300 per hour or $150 for 30 minutes. If I can’t help you, we will know pretty quickly and there’s no harm, no foul! We part friends. I can probably refer you to someone who might be more suited to your needs. The bottom line is there’s no risk to you. The initial consultation is totally free. We can both decide if we’re a good fit and go from there. I do have a few long-term clients but typically after the first several sessions, all they need is a periodic “touch-up” or refresher. The truth is most advisors are really intelligent and highly-motivated people. They just need some targeted help from time to time.
My goal is to help you grow your business with new assets and new clients. My expertise is all forms of client acquisition including marketing, branding, prospecting and communication. I have developed several industry-renowned tools and programs in these areas. I don’t recommend products or tell you how to manage money. I help with team building, partnering and other areas, but the essence of what we will do together is build new relationships and raise new money!
We are all about DOING things. This isn’t going to be psycho-analysis or a complex, burdensome process. Sometimes we can get moving on a program after only one or two calls. Early victories build confidence that inspires everyone. Plus, it’s exciting to see positive results. Over time we can refine or expand things, but we’re going to hit the ground running.
My tactical approach meshes very well with most other “strategic” coaching programs. Because we focus mainly on business growth activities and only have a five-session commitment, advisors often use me as a supplement to their other coach’s programs. I give them the specific tools to implement in their daily activity.
You will be working with me personally. There are no “junior” coaches and very few group calls. By design, this is a highly exclusive program with limited capacity. It is also totally confidential. This is a valuable consideration for top wealth management teams, wholesalers and managers.
